This summer to improve my condition,I started swimming.
There are a pool near my house.It is a public facilities.We can use this pool.
Summer season. 200yen per 2hours.
Winter season. 400yen per 2hours.
To search a pool near my house,I use this site public pool map.This site is quite useful.
I go to swimming once a week.After starting swimming, I can keep my body in tone.
